Experience:
4-12 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
Pega Lead Product Engineer playing up to Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirable
Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques
Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector
System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC – Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features
Technical Skills
Experience in Pega KYC/CLM X Experience is mandatory
The candidates will act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective
Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business Functions
Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration
Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus.
Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Pega CSSA certification is a must.
4+ years of relevant Pega experience
Drives design and development for major components of focused solutions.
Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices.
Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process.
Proficient in a variety of business processes/environments such as banking
Understands large-scale system implementation processes and methods.
Create the class structure, process flows in Pega, provide alternate solutions.
