Diversity and Inclusion

The word – diversity – has come to mean different things to different people through time. Beyond race and gender, we have chosen to use a broader definition that encompasses not just demographic differences but also ways of thinking, being, working, and belonging.

We believe that inclusion and diversity promote an atmosphere of innovation and creativity. Every day, we strive to create an environment in which everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected, understood, and free to be themselves at work.

This is essential to our success as a business. We want our people to bring their whole selves to work – in a way that’s authentic to them, their labels, and their identities.

#LebelMe

Forget shedding labels, we say, embrace them. Be proud of yourself by being unapologetically YOU! We Aretes are on this journey of accepting ourselves for what we are and who we are.

To share our similarities and
celebrate our differences

Enroute Diversity and Inclusion

Areteans is a fast-growing company, and we recognize that it is our responsibility to enhance our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. We are a people-centered organization with a heart for the community. Our carefully designed initiatives aim to educate and promote D&I.

We attract the best talent from across the globe and want all of them to feel at home. Ours is a diverse community where people from all cultures and backgrounds are encouraged to participate. We ensure that everyone feels welcome and is treated with respect through workshops, webinars, and podcasts on diversity and inclusion issues.

Advancing towards intersectionality

Our teams collaborate globally with people from many cultures. Internal mobility is another crucial component that prompts us to go beyond differences and embrace diversity. We also seek to maintain intergenerational equity in our organization, with millennials accounting for 63% of our workforce, with a wholesome balance of boomers, Gen X, and Gen Z.

In addition, we have launched a series called ‘Dialogue’ to spark meaningful conversations. We get to hear different voices weigh in on topics like diversity, inclusion, equality, equity, and more.
