Advancing towards intersectionality
Our teams collaborate globally with people from many cultures. Internal mobility is another crucial component that prompts us to go beyond differences and embrace diversity. We also seek to maintain intergenerational equity in our organization, with millennials accounting for 63% of our workforce, with a wholesome balance of boomers, Gen X, and Gen Z.
In addition, we have launched a series called ‘Dialogue’ to spark meaningful conversations. We get to hear different voices weigh in on topics like diversity, inclusion, equality, equity, and more.
