Areteans Meet enables business admins to regulate the channels that participate in an appointment booking journey with a simple toggle.
Areteans Meet supports business configurable purposes and associated questionnaires. This empowers the application to be domain agnostic. The business consumers can create and manage various purposes that are available for end users to select in an appointment journey. The application currently supports a two-level hierarchy of purposes and can be extended further.
The application allows business consumers to define configurable questionnaires for each purpose or enquiry type. When customers request an appointment, they are presented with a questionnaire based on the purpose selected. The answers presented in the questionnaire will be used to identify the context of business transaction. Business users can seamlessly add, remove, or edit questionnaires and set hierarchies. These questionnaires can be reused across purposes.

Areteans Meet enables your customers and staff to schedule and manage new appointments. All meeting participants are sent calendar invites and appointment reminders. Your staff can schedule follow-up meetings as well. The appointment booking journey has been designed to be domain agnostic and extendable to accommodate domain/ industry specific routing mechanisms, escalation path and so on.
The slot generation engine automatically generates a list of available appointment slots in real time based on your customer preferences during an appointment booking. Appointment slots are generated referring to rosters for skills availability. The engine utilizes not just the staff availability from rosters but also their current allocations to other appointments to create appointment slots. Areteans Meet also supports buffers in an appointment duration to enable staff members to prepare for and to wrap up tasks pre- and post-appointments respectively.
The scheduling engine automatically reserves and releases slots when the appointment is scheduled or cancelled. The appointment slots of the roster are also managed accordingly. The updated schedule is sent to participants of the meeting according to the updated schedule.
Areteans Meet provides comprehensive reports to track all appointments created and managed by the system. An appointment summary relevant to every scheduled appointment is available for easy viewing. Reports for scheduled appointments for a given date range, including customer details, staff information, appointment summary, and interaction channels, are generated automatically with a single click.
Areteans Meet not only unifies the bespoke excel sheets and calendars based rostering process, but it also leverages those rosters to weave a real time availability fabric to schedule appointments. This application eases the workload of manual client appointment management. It can run on Pega platform as an independent application as well as with strategic Pega applications like Pega customer service.
